So I've started some illustrations for a new children's book I'm working on titled "Grandfather Thunder & The Night Horses." The story is loosely based on a Lakota legend about the Thunder Horses.
While working through the story and starting some rough sketches, I thought it would be interesting to show how the work evolves from an initial quick sketch to the finished product.
