I've signed a publishing contract with Jennifer L. Myers of SundanceKid Press! "Grandfather Thunder & The Night Horses" is scheduled to be released Spring 2017 (April?). The fully-illustrated children's book is loosely-based on a Lakota (American Indian) creation/origin legend about the Thunder Horses -- bringers of thunder, lightning and rain. The text will be published in English and Lakota thanks to a collaboration with the Thunder Valley Lakota Language Initiative in South Dakota. Their mission is to preserve the language of the Lakota people for future generations. I am so excited to be working with them and SundanceKid Press! Wopila! (Thank you!)
